What is see in my mind while I read is ....... I just imagine old major being some revolutionary leader like Hildalgo, San Martin, George Washington and Francois Toussaint trying to motivate his troops or followers right before a big war and all the different animals represent a type of person, for example the horses could be warriors and the chicks could be the children who are suffering greatly from the war that is be fought. I imagine Mr. Jones as some evil dictator like Hitler, Stalin or Sadaam Hussain who is dispised by his people which leads to the uprising or rebellion by "his people". I imagine the barn where this secret meeting is taking place as some historical building where secret revolutionary meetings have taken place like the tennis court from the French revolution or the congress hall from the American revoltution where something big is going down; something that could severly change every one thats involved life in a positive or negative way and even though they no that something very bad could happen just from this meeting, their still willing to risk their lives just for the slightest sliver of freedom and independence. That is what i see in my mind as I read this book.
